The Samsung giant comes under criticism as if the features of Galaxy S24 lineup were they encourage the firm to come with 12GB RAM and as on S25 standard models, While on other part Galaxy S25 Ultra which was equipped with 16GB RAM that to South Korea, China and Taiwan.
While the revolution coming in smartphone industry in future were on device AI enhancement which is more in demand with that high memory requirement is going to occur. So as per that some research analysis believe Samsung will come with Galaxy S26 variant to 16GB RAM which many occur next year in 2026.
As per Data from Macquarie research expects that the Samsung will upgrade its total memory on which all the Galaxy S26 lineup models with that standard model will support smooth flow of AI features and no way to keep running apps at background.
On the Apple’s phone lineup, the research firm not expect much but we can expected to see in Apple iPhone 17 Pro models 12GB RAM later this year, while the other standard model will get 8GB RAM, As per market watcher Ming-chi kuo.
This picture is clear that memory part which says that how AI is generatively rebuilding the hardware ecosystem. While more RAM means the handset devices will work more smoothly and faster and performance level will increase. If in upcoming days if Samsung giant will increase the RAM to 16GB to upcoming Galaxy S26 models than it will S26 models will have Cupertino rivals and market momentum will became stronger.
